The food was fantastic, especially the scallops. We will surely visit again. The staff was friendly and professional. Everything was served in perfect timing.

Sumaq Restaurante

Delightful host , small intimate restaurant, so helpful as we had 2 vegan diners, lots of suggestions and input from the chefs . Good honest Italian food. Pizza looked great and helpfully did smaller pasta portion for a child. A really great evening. And the Gorgonzola and pear salad with cinnamon ( not my favourite spice) was so delicious it&rsquo;s changed how I feel about it .

Was looking for a steak restaurant close to our hotel in Palma and chose well with this little gem in the busy area in the La Catalina district. Ate al fresco and had the chateaubriand with a good reasonably priced wine. A great night

The food really is great. We especially liked the &lsquo;Tartaro Atun Spicy&rsquo;. Nice experience.

Great welcome and nothing was any trouble for the team. The food was amazing and the special of soft crab was exceptional.

The evening at Sumaq was once again unforgettable and unparalleled. The service leaves nothing to be desired, the food is fantastic, and the ambiance is exceptional. I will certainly be returning; it would be wonderful if the menu changed more frequently. An absolute recommendation.

The meal was on par with a top Michelin restaurant. Food was presented beautifully, with wonderful combination of textures and flavors. Loved the interplay of Spanish and Peruvian dishes. Beautiful ambience and attentive service. Highly recommend

The food here is excellent. We got the sequence ceviche, the cod, and the duck&mdash; easily the best food we have had in Mallorca. One of our plates was chipped which looked kind of tacky, but certainly did not impact the taste of the food. There was also a bell which you were supposed to buzz when you wanted the waiter and we thought it was broken because it wasn&rsquo;t busy at all (we were the first ones there and by this time there was only one other table seated) and it seemed like a really long time before the waiter responded (7-8 minutes?). It doesn&rsquo;t light up or anything so when the waiter finally came back we asked if it was working and I think he was annoyed with us&mdash; but to be honest the service in Spain  in general has been from really bad to ok. I would rate the service here as ok.

The tasting menu was one of the best we&rsquo;ve ever had. Chef Irene has created something exceptional that should not be missed.
